How to permanently delete your BrandNiche account and all associated data

Summary: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app in two taps. No need to email us or wait for approval — deletion is immediate and permanent.

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open BrandNiche on your device.
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon (bottom navigation bar).
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap "Delete My Data".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action immediately and permanently deletes:

Your account profile (email, display name, profile picture URL)
All saved favorites
Monthly usage counters
Subscription status flags
All local data (slider preferences, cached favorites)

Via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@acy-studio.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR Article 17.

What Happens After Deletion

Your data is removed from our database servers (Supabase, EU Frankfurt) immediately.
You will be signed out automatically.
If you had an active Premium subscription, the subscription itself must be cancelled separately through Google Play Store (Settings → Subscriptions → BrandNiche → Cancel). Deleting your BrandNiche account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription billing.
Standard infrastructure logs maintained by our hosting providers may retain technical metadata (e.g., request timestamps) for a short period as described in our Privacy Policy.
